Where is my package?
You can follow your order with the Track & Trace number we've emailed to you. If you haven't received the email with your Track & Trace, allow 1-2 business days after your order before contacting us.

We accept payments with iDEAL, Credit Card, Paypal, SOFORT and Bancontact.
Is my order VAT-free outside the EU?
If you place an order outside of the EU, your order will be VAT exempt. The VAT will be taken out when selecting the shipping method and country during the checkout.
My product is damaged, what shall I do?
Our sincere apology! We strive for exceptional quality, unfortunately a defected product can happen because of production or transport. You can contact us with a description of the issue and a picture and we'll fix it for you in no time. 
Returns
I would like to return my order.
If you ordered from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or France:
Returns are free, you can use the return label provided with your order. Please follow the instructions, make sure the items you would like to return are unworn, still have the label and are in the original seal bag.

If you ordered from another country, return are at your own cost. You can return your item(s) at the following address:

I would like to exchange a product.
Exchanging a product is not possible. We know it is inconvenient but it actually takes more time, therefore costs more to change an item. If you wish to exchange your item(s), we kindly ask you to return your package and place a new order.
What is the cost to return my order?
Returns from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free of charge. If you wish to return your order, you can download the return label with the link in your email confirmation. 
Returns from a different country is at the customer's own cost. We recommend you to chose for a track & trace shipping method to avoid the package being lost.

We usually refund your order within 7 days after we've received your return. Did you get a confirmation we've received your return already? Then allow us 7 business days before contacting us.
