Is the item not what you expected and would you like to return your package?
Scan the QR code on the delivery note to easily register your return through our returns portal. Or register your return via the following link:
https://www.futureship.io/return/order

In the portal, you can create your own return label and will receive it by email. Print this label and include it with your return shipment.

Follow these steps:

  1. Scan the QR code on the delivery note or go to the following link: https://www.futureship.io/return/order to register your return via the returns portal.

  2. Select the items you wish to return and fill in the required information.

  3. Print the return label you receive by email and include it in your package.

  4. Place the new return label over the old shipping label or remove the old one.

  5. Drop off the package at a DPD Parcel Shop near you. Find a point near you here: https://www.dpdgroup.com/nl/mydpd/parcel-shops

  6. Take a photo of your label so you can track your package using the track & trace code.

Once we have received your return, we will process it and issue the refund. We aim to do this within 14 working days after receipt.

Orders from other countries
Returns are at your own cost. You can return you items to the following address:

  1. Send an email to: info@vanharper.com with your order number and which items you would like to return.
  2. Information is sent on how to request a return label.
  3. Print the return label and send it to a parcel shop if desired.

** Do not forget to add the invoice document to the return order. This way we know which order belongs to which shipment 😊

What can not be returned?

  • Worn, used, damaged or washed products
  • Products that are not in their original condition
  • Products without labels / original packaging
  • Underwear
     

Is it possible to exchange my order?

Unfortunately, exchange is not an option for VAN HARPER. If an item is not to your liking, the item can be returned. As soon as this item has been returned to us, we will credit it. A new order can therefore be placed through our webshop.

What are the costs of returning?

You can easily and quickly create a label via our Sendcloud return portal. The costs are only € 4.95 and we will bear the rest of the costs. Therefore, € 4.95 will be withheld when crediting the amount.

When will the payment be refunded?

If your purchase is returned according to our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs within 14 working days. This is therefore exclusive of the € 4.95 return costs.

It takes a few days before the order is returned to us. We strive to process the returns within 14 working days.
